Waterways Improvement Association (WIA) was incorporated under the Texas non-profit Corporation Act as a non-profit Corporation on July 14, 2004.  WIA was developed by Thomas E Ferris and Thomas M. Ferris and is a deed restricted community.
 
WIA is a neighborhood located in Crystal Beach Texas 77650 on the Bolivar Peninsula in Port Bolivar.  Waterways is a private gated community with concrete streets and a boat ramp.  It is nestled in the canals of the Intracoastal Canal.
 
Waterways tranquility can only be described by those who live there and enjoy the peaceful view of nature unfolding before their eyes on a daily or nightly basis.

The Waterways Improvement Committee restrictions state that "No noxious or offensive activity shall be carried on, upon any lot nor shall anything be done there which may become an annoyance to the neighborhood.  The display or shooting of firearms, fireworks, or firecrackers, is expressly forbidden."
Street Edging

All members should mow and edge to the street to prevent grass from growing into the asphalt streets.  If you have a mowing  company please instruct them to mow and edge to the street.
